I have posted this in other forums too as I feel people need to know about this unreliable builder. Roma builder does not have the competence or credibility to execute such a project. just see their pebble creek project. 5 years and work still not completed. people have suffered huge losses in waiting for the completion while paying emi on loans and rent at the same time to live elsewhere. some desperate ones have moved in. no lift, construction work still going on. extreme poor quality work. no one from the builder at the site to monitor.
