hello people! i am proud to say that im now a proud owner of a house at signature city. i kept checking this forum for seeing if everyone was getting frustrated waiting for the handing over as i was. finally got a call from kg office saying to me that my flat is ready for handover. we were so happy! this is my first home.. so better late than never... it is releif to move from a rented house to a home of my own!

I am frustrated about the delay. And what about the tension wires running in the middle.
Have they got clearance from EB, Have they got EB connections.
Water and sewage is it enough for so many flats and moreover cant see the plants, trees and amphitheatre and other amenities as seen on their 3D video in their website..... But the company is going hay while in advertising ready to occupy flats without basic need of electricity.
I wish to know if co-owners are taking it up legally for the long delay in handing over and the amount Rs.2 persq feet is very low as they have mentioned in the contract.

Please never buy from KG builders. Such an unprofessional company. KG Singature City is delayed by 2 years and no one is able to provide an answer. The compensation they are talking for the delay is Rs.2/- per square feet. Please think 100 times before you book your flat with such unprofessional companies. We have taken the beating, hence wish to warn those who go by their advertisements. You end up paying bank loan interest without posession. Pathetic services, no one knows what they are doing. Please avoid buying from KG builders.

We have purchased a Flat in block B-306,
Being NRI, We are unable to get any proper answers from Mr.Srinivasan.
Though location of the project is good but it already to much delayed in hand over it is Feb 2015 are there any families who have started residing in the complex. One more concern why don't we all co -owners take it up legally regarding the delay in handover and the amount which they are paying for it is considerably low,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, What is the latest update about EB........ have they got the connections.
Is there any owners forum to discuss in detail all these matters with regards to this builder

I have had a terrible experience dealing with KG Builders regarding my flat at Signature City. The flat was supposed to be handed over to me in December 2012. It's September 2014 now and I still see no hint of receiving my flat. They have been very prompt in collecting my money to pay off dues from time to time. I was clearly mistaken about KG's reputation, which was the reason I decided to invest in a flat at Signature City and I feel terribly betrayed by the way they have been treating me. My constant inquiries about the status of the flat have fallen on deaf ears. I strongly suggest you stay away from KG builders.
