Is it advisable to buy 1bhk apartment near Whitefield area?
Q: I am moving soon to Bangalore. I feel that there are a few 1bhk projects which is within 25 Lakhs. Instead of paying a rent for 15,000 , i thought its good to buy a 1bhk. But some of my friends/relatives are advising against it, because of low resale value and rental incomes.

Need feedback on Prestige Tranquility
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 1bhk in Prestige Tranquility. I will use it for 3 to 5 yrs and then later buy a new one. Will it be easy to sell it in future? How about rental values? Also i heard there is some factory nearby and is causing some foul smell. Can anyone confirm it?
