Can someone tell is this rate in Rohan Abhilasha is good or bad for this project? I am hoping for the launch they will increase the rates by at least 5%.

I think you should invest in Rohan Abhilasha .. Yes , I know it is a bit inside . But if we see how fast Pune is growing , it will hardly take 1-2 years for the development in this area.
I have my own bunglow near this area , but i really feel it is a great investment .
Rohan Group is very well know & I am pretty sure they must have some facilities which will accomodate your basic needs. ( There is for sure some water problem in Waghli area ). But if you know , Lohgaon is getting in Corporation so there will be water pipelines in few upcoming years in Lohgaon area. Rohan Abhilasha is almost on the border of Lohgaon & Wagholi. Even i have booked a 2BHK flat and waiting for the possession. Do you have any updates? What is the current status of this project? Is there any legal issue builder is facing? What should i do? Plz. share your advice.
he has only one answer : i will give possesion after 4-5 days ... initially the answer was 15-20 days ... so instead of 15-20 days , 15-20 months have passed now ... I RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO BUY A PROPERTY FROM THIS BUILDER ... even one of my friend in my company has also bought a flat in the same wing and we both have got stuck now ..

Hey,
Now-a-days it is very difficult to check the credential of a builder. We only buy property seeing the locality, connectivity, infrastructure development and basic amenities. We forget the track record of the developer. Builder knowledge is also necessary for investment or property buying.
Yes , agreed , the builder reputation was good whn i checked while buying my flat .. but it has been now an headeque for me ...

Hey Rohan, I have not experienced this, I have got a very good service and a proper support from Sukhwani Palms. All legal stuff and other things are cleared of the project. Possession got delayed only by a month in my case that too they have told me that it happened due to poor response from MSEB, for which it is understood no one can help it.
Ok..when did you book it ? I hv also got possession now but i had to wait for 1.5 years from what they promised to me.
