Dear friends , now the time has come when the all the buyers of the Red Apple Homez should put pressure on the builder for the progress in construction work or else we get our Money back with interest as soon as possible.
Now they are saying approval has come and asking for 15% on all cost, while in brochure we had to deposit 10% on BSP, this is purely a cheating, if 15% is mandatory then they should ask for 15% on BSP only. Friends please get ready to put pressure on builder to take 15% on bsp only

If we ask for refund from them they will deduct 50000+S.T. on total booking amount. Is this right thing they are doing?
