RG Residency possession date
Q: Hi, I wan t to know when is the project expected to get completed?

Hi, I got a letter that RG group that they can not issue the possession letter due to the bird century issue... any idea till what time we can get this letter as the UP govt already clear thr position to union ministry and NGT... correct me if i m wrong... any idea? ++ are we stuck with our investment? should we sale the property ASAP? any one having any idea of these kind of issues/cases in real estate? It is really very frustrating, this problem already been known by builder , but they are always cheated to us , i am very much worry for possession . There is only one option, we have to make a flat owners association & file a court case and go to media for quick action from builders also from government .
