Landlord/Legal issues with some blocks in Arista? Is someone aware?
Q: Hi , we recently went to Arista booking office. We wanted to book in 3A block . Someone told us that 3A block hasn't started as there are issues with landlord and adjoining site owners. That's why all the blocks are being constructed except 3A. Does anyone know about this?

Hi, I can see that construction of 3A block has started and is in full swing. This project is approved by all leading banks including SBI, who are known for thorough legal checkup. I believe it just could be speculation about legal issues. Even if there were they should have resolved by now as construction has started. For your information, only 30 flats are available ou of 135 and only 3 in 3A if I am not wrong as told by the marketing head. One of my friend has also thinking of buying a flat in 3A owing to presence of 2 lifts for only two flats in each floor. He was very much concrned after seeing your question. However, please do go for thorough legal checkup if you decide to buy one. Btw, are you the one who asked this question in harshasagar.

As of today only 45 apartments are available. 2bhks are completely sold out and only 3 BHK are there for sale. The project has got all the approvals form government and banks also.
