Planning to book a flat in Jaycee Bhagtani Riyo.
Q: Hi myself Sarang Shah,I am planning to book a flat in Jaycee Bhagtani Riyo. But I am not sure how this scheme is been planned? when will be the possession? when shall the builder receive the CC for construction?I have done inquiry regarding possession and i m receiving different dates some say 2015 some say 2017.Can anybody help me in explaining how good is this property ??/ is it worth to invest in this project.

Dear all, Bhagtani Riyo is proposed to be a 21 stories tower Ground+2 podium parking. Floor Plan: 600 Sq. Ft. 1BHK/900 Sq. Ft. 2bhk Special Rates(FULL CHEQUE PAYMENT) Rs.3800/- @ 50% ,Rs.4000/- @ 40% ,Rs.4200/- @ 30% Car parking: 2.5 Lakhs extra. Extra charges: S.D. / Regt. / VAT/ S.C. / Adv. Maintenance/ Legal etc. as applicable. 1. No lock-in period. 2. First Transfer FREE. 3. We shall be paying 15% p.a. interest in case if we do not obtain IOD within 12 months from the date of the booking. Whoever will be purchasing the property can check all legal documents and will get allotment letter. No one can you offer the rates what we offered you. AADITYA REALTORS
I have booked 2 year back but found no improvement on site. God know when this will start. IOD still not got for start of on site work.
