Q: Hi myself Sarang Shah,I am planning to book a flat in Jaycee Bhagtani Riyo. But I am not sure how this scheme is been planned? when will be the possession? when shall the builder receive the CC for construction?I have done inquiry regarding possession and i m receiving different dates some say 2015 some say 2017.Can anybody help me in explaining how good is this property ??/ is it worth to invest in this project.

Ft. 2bhk Special Rates(FULL CHEQUE PAYMENT) Rs.3800/- @ 50% ,Rs.4000/- @ 40% ,Rs.4200/- @ 30% Car parking: 2.5 Lakhs extra. Extra charges: S.D. / Regt. / VAT/ S.C. / Adv. Maintenance/ Legal etc. as applicable. 1. No lock-in period. 2. First Transfer FREE. 3. We shall be paying 15% p.a. interest in case if we do not obtain IOD within 12 months from the date of the booking. I have booked 2 year back but found no improvement on site. God know when this will start. IOD still not got for start of on site work.
