Overall future of Vedic Village IVY Greens
Q: I have booked an apartment in Vedic Village IVY Greens on Mar-2014. Would like to know about the future of the project.ROI of the project.Development of locality. Development of communication in that area.

HI Rajiv, Every city has has its own advantages and disadvantages and if you take kolkata's politics as a negative then i would like to say that Kolkata is very safe and cheap city in terms of Mafia Raaj and economically too. Secondly, located on the outskirts of Kolkata and is a fast growing satellite city planned by the West Bengal government. Consisting of two villages, Rajarhat and Bhangar, this area is being developed in the north eastern parts of Kolkata. This is about three times the size of Salt Lake and is home to many IT companies. Corporates have purchased land in this area with plans of developing them at a later date. It is already home to many residential and commercial projects.
