the project was initiated in 2012, and we were promised a delivery of December 2015. The project is not complete yet.. Far from complete, in fact they have started only a couple of months ago , as they only received approvals from the government a couple of months ago. The worst part is the management. they spoke to us politely and nicely initially, but later they stopped responding to calls, or even were not prepared to meet us. Moreover when we requested for a refund, they hesitated to and werent willing to pay us immediately. The only thing that is for this project is the location, but I suggest you go and take a look, a project which was supposed to be completed and handed over months ago is in a pathetic state of completion.
