Q: What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and what is the status of the project?

Guys, I had booked (me and My friend) 2 flats in this project. Not sure if you guys had a chance to verify the property titles (legals) with the known and experienced lawyer... However we canceled our booking since the legal titles are not satisfied... after this I decided let me not close my eyes and book even if the loan is from SBI ....
Hi Raj, Can you please elaborate on the legal issues? We did book a flat today by paying 2 Lac cheque, but now i a a bit taken aback by seeing your comments. Is it possible to get in touch with you anytime soon on this? Thanks. Nakul
