Hello, I have a question. I hav a commercial property of 33' * 160' on omr main road kandanchavadi chennai. Will it be consider under special fsi? Something more than 2 grounds is there but frontage of the land is 33'. The property is on I.T corridor. Can you please tell me how many floors can i construct on this property? And details abt the fsi here on omr main road?
