e-khata requried for registration?
Q: Hi I am planning to purchase a property that's in BBMP limits but still has Panchayat Khata. Its a DC converted property in 2000 and taxes are being paid to BBMP. The layout is not approved by BMRDA/BDA (maybe Panchayat as it has Panchayat Khata) Is it possible to get e-khata for it and is e-khata requried during registration? -Madhu
