I came to know that Gateway Towers is now available with subvention, where I have to pay only 10% now. Seniors please advice.

I have just joined... I have been reading the comments given by respective members in the forum and a controversy could seen in the statement. Some people are praising klazina group like Mr. dilip chauhan who said some one are doing negative marketing against kcl. That means dilip ji is happy with the deal with kcl. so kindly share what type of deal has been done?? Did you bought any plot or something. I mean they have not signed any Buyer agreement since launch of project neither they have given possessions. so what is kcl's credibility????

Did any body in this group got their buyer agreement with KCL of any project namely neemrana gateway and gateway residency......If not then kindly don't praise the company without reasons and don't create dilemna among people.
