How is the project Garden Isles on Noida expressway in Jaypee Wish Town?

Hi Guys, I am interested in this project. I got to know that this project is located in a prime location ,spreading over 30 acres. I am planning to have a 2 BHK apartment over here. I need some information about this project Down Payment Plan. Kindly share some information.
Any Idea, when one can get possession in this project. As looking at the Construction progress, I don't think that JP will be able to deliever the same in next 3-4 years. Any Comments??
