Hey.. i am going to purchase 3BHK apartment in Revanta Welfare Society on GT Karnal Road. I made this decision after investing alot about the zone, company background and other legal things but for the safer side i am posting here so that i can get advise from others too. Although i just love the facilities/amenities they are providing. I found all these things only with private builders. pls give ur views on it.

Please DO NOT fall prey to this thug called Revanta Welfare Society. All their deeds and promises are sham. I bought a flat in Royal Town Heights almost 2 years back and they said that I can surrender anytime. Now when I want to cancel, they simply refuse that there's no such policy and I should find someone to resell. It's hard earned money of someone, who's in financial stress right now. Revanta Welfare Society is ruthless and I would urge anyone and everyone to stay as far as possible from these cheats. Don't regret later you might lose all your investment. Please beware!! Hi amit, just want to ask y revanta is having different websites, till date what i found on net are as follows: all such manipulated things are confusing the new investors like us who are planning to invest their hard earned money in residential projects, iam personally looking for a good residential project but till date got confused by such things. Though not confirmed but I heard from someone who claimed it to be nside information - Tulip has defaulted big time on their debt payments.
