That question has several answers with rustomji people, we also have booked flat in Atlier A wing in september 2009, till date only plinth level is completed not a single floor is built, they say the reason, they have not got approval for B, C and D wing, and they need to start all 4 buildings' work to gather for making base stong. GOD knows what is the truth, they may not give possession on time also. If you come to know any valid reason for this pl do let me know.neelamno1@yahoo.com
hi neelam.. this is jays and I too had booked flat in atelier and since then waiting for possession.
It's high time now that builder giving false reasons on TMC approval.
I really feel that we as atelier tenant should come together and push for possession.

We booked a Flat in Rustomjee Urbania Thane in Nov,2010. The builder promised the regisration of property in Jan,2011. It was assured to us that all necessary approvals would be in place by then.However its now close to 6 months since the booking of flat.The registration is yet to happen as the builder is yet to get the municipal approvals for the construction.I understand that the builder is still selling the flats without approval.We don't know as to when the approvals would be in place.I would be interested in forming a group of similar buyers to exert pressure on the builder.

Myself Jayesh Panchal - 9664000685 have booked flat in Atelier in Nov 2010 and since then waiting to receive possession. now it's high time that building is still giving false commitments and putting blame on TMC approval... Now he is also asking for 1% on construction cost as a worker welfare tax ... I really feel myself handicapped and not sure what to do..
I am looking for other tenants who are suffering from same issue and get in touch with me.
