Klazina is not going to deliver any of it's project on time or after 3-6 months. If anybody saying anything on this, please ask him to talk to me. I have a clear picture of this project.
Mr. Amit Punjabi are you jealous of successful people? even if everybody gets the property delivered whose going to live there at this point in time?
It takes time to develop the whole infrastructure to make it livable enough, see gurgaon today, DLF didn't do everything in just 1-2 years. it took them more time.

I booked 2 plots in Klazina Gateway Residency after checking all papers. One of my friend also did background verification of their UK office and found the company legitimate.
Very naive and amateur to ask for satisfaction of legalities on open internet forum. God bless you Mr. Singh

Klazina Consultant is not reliable in Real Estate field and we (approx) 15 ppl have filed Complaint against this builder, he will not provide and information related to concerned project like no land, no papers, no delivery, no work with EOW gurgaon, pls join hands and lets start something to stop him from cheating New Ppl.

One of the Klazina's broker told me that company is launching two new projects this year with complete land and all approvals in place. Looks like company is trying to shape up their Real-Estate division.
I am a professional investor of Gurgaon and Delhi.
I did proper due diligence investing in neemrana through my lawyer who sit in Gurgaon court chamber.
Now I am a customer of Gateway Towers & Gateway Residency, recently bought 1 unit each in the projects.
I don't understand what's the fuss about all these things.
Observed a few discussions in these forums and ultimately the easiest answer to everything is use your own brain and see what kind of brand KCL is, for sure they are a very large enterprise with real estate being one of the divisions of their business. They are thorough corporates (personally met the senior mgt) who entered in Indian market and carefully chose Neemrana as a destination for their business.

Mr. Punjabi complaint will happen if somebody is unhappy or not satisfied.
Doing police complaints is the easiest thing to do in India especially North India. But what's the conclusion??? most of the times?
Only a naive would want to bother himself or a psycho competitor giving out negative publicity which he does not understand is benefitting the enterprise.

Mr. Arun Singh you actually need a psychiatrist, first you ask for satisfactions from strangers on open internet forums and then you abuse people as if they have all the time to read these things here, this forum is for customers not losers who want satisfaction.
Abusive language shows how belittled you have been in your life cycle that you are abusing people on internet. If you seriously have balls then why don't you do something productive with your life. People please come and pray for Mr. Singh's faster recovery from clinical depression
