Hi all, It stands out among the rest as it is Luxurious Project and very few towers will be constructed with quality material - The commitment by the builder. There team is quite transparent and you can check all the papers at the builder office with your lawyer. They have already started construction on the site in Greater Noida West. And very recently they have also launched phase - II. There are three payment plans - CLP and Special Payment Plan(40,30,30) and DP. The builder office is in Barakhambha Road right outside the Barakhamba Metro Station. There offices are at two floors - 5th and 8th Floor at Barakhambha Road where there team sits along with the CRM staff at 5th Floor in unmarked office which creates a little doubt initially - but they are from the same company. Samridhi Realty Pvt Limited is the name of the company and they want to sell this project as an Iconic Project in terms of Delivery Date and Quality of Construction.The prices are quite affordable -LUXURY
