I had met some owners - One i met was a pretty rich guy who owns a whole lot of plots ! will update you guys soon ...He had some plots which were i guess more than 10 guntas etc ..so few can get together and do something! Keeping my fingers crossed - wish more similar mind people became neighbors...so will do my best!
