Lake District Delays.
Q: The Lake District Project is delayed beyond comprehension. We have booked a 2BHK Flat in Bldg C4 in Jan 2011 which is a part of the Phase1. As per the agreement the Apt should have been handed over by Dec 2012 considering all the grace periods of more than 6 months. The building has only reached 6th floor out of the 12. How many are such agreived parties? Can we join together and issue a notice to the builder?

HI. I too am an owner of a house in Lake District in Kondhwa and am yet to get possession of my house in A3 which has been delayed by 3 years. Please advise if there is a group of owners interacting on a similar basis. I would like to be added to any online group where I could pitch in to help get all home owners a fair deal at Lake District.HI.
