HI Manish, I will advice you to not to go for Rohan as they have done a bad job in Rohan Jharoka 2. They reduced the land size which as in the agreement and the ceiling height was below standards. Hi Navin, To clarify things I got in touch with an owner of the project after getting contacts from my friends circle. It looks like things that are written in the blog are mostly true. The main issue is the less land area during registration. they almost lost half acre ! against promised land in the agreement. Also the maintenance by Rohan is really bad as per him and Rohan started the maintenance even before many of them got possession and is in a hurry to hand over the maintenance. I will verify this once more...
