how the rohan jharokha builder
Q: i'm planning to buy a flat in rohan jarokha. i'm looking for the feedback on this project. is this builder trust worty to invest so much?

HI Manish, I will advice you to not to go for Rohan as they have done a bad job in Rohan Jharoka 2. They reduced the land size which as in the agreement and the ceiling height was below standards. Also their maintenance is pathetic.

Q: I see a lot of negative things written online about Rohan Builders regarding the Rohan Jharoka 2 project. About land area descrepancy and ceiling height. Is Rohan Iksha safe to invest ?

I am an owner of built by Rohan Builders. Its all true: the land discrepancy , ceiling height etc. Nobody will write wrong info about there own property.I am an owner of built by Rohan Builders.
