Same here, it's delayed more than 3 years from the promised delivery date. Akshaya was the biggest mistake of my life. The building Itself doesn't look like good. They do not budge to compensate, everything is a challenge with them. Do not recommend akshaya for anyone.
Akshaya was probably the worst mistake i made too. I got a unit in Metropolis and is delayed by 4 years. I would suggest to contact other owners on this project. i don't think anyone is happy with akshaya.

I am having very bad experience with no communication from Akshaya staff and delayed and incorrect responses. They are refusing to give compensation for delayed delivery. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I have also bought a property in their Phase 2. I still have not got any confirmed delivery date.

I booked a unit in phase 2 in 2010 which was supposed to be handed over in Dec 2011 + 3 months grace. Only this week after 3.5 years the apartment is ready for a inspection. It says in the agreement that there should be compensation for the losses each month. i Will be talking to them this week and will decide how to go about it. I would not recommend akshaya to anyone. Please share your thoughts. I think it is a good idea for owners to join together and solve this.
