All construction near jails must need NOC in Maharashtra
Q: Attention citizen !!!!! Maharashtra Government has made it compulsory for citizens to get a no objection certificate from a special committee to construct anything within 500 meter radius of a prison.

Order or govt circular is in action since one year. They are not giving any permisions in 500 meteres from jail outside wall. The commitee is formed everywhere but with no guidelines on how noc should be given.Order or govt circular is in action since one year.
