I am Interested in Samarth Carina. Can anybody share the builder and project review
Q: RecentY I visited Samarth Carina project near Aditya Birla, Thergaon. I wanted to know know if you guys have any builder review and project review. Does this project has cleared all the approvals is it out of RED zone area.

The Builder has completed Phase I almost 2 years back but has not been able to give parking to the owners till today, the club house and other amenities look distant possibility.
