Garuda Greenfield in Mahadevpura
Q: Hi Guys Any feedback about Garuda greenfield projects in mahadevpura which is going to start near to Nester RAGA project. Still builder does not have BBMP approval and they are committing to complete feb 2016 and providing CC & OC. Is someone booked there or planning to book? As per Garuda salesperson(Himanshu),there are very few apartments are left. I also booked one flat there with booking amount of 2lakh but still we dint received any documents for verification as they are saying its BBMP approval is pending and it will clear before 15 Jan 2015.
