hi, i have bought 1BHK in Bhagatani rio phase1. We had met the legal team a santacruz office. They say that this project is conceptualised on rehabilititaing some existing chawl on site and obtaining extra FSI on lines of SRA project. The MOU between bhagtani and the chawl association has been done few months back. Now bahgtani is in process to convert the land in their name which is at present in government's possesion. Once they have their name on the property card, may be they will apply for IOD and will get CC to start the construction.
