I booked flat in Vihang Valley ph 3 , in 2011 but still work is not progressed as promised at all. I would liike to creat group of owners in that building so that we can go to consumer court and somewhere.

I have also booked flat in vihang valley phase 4 in 2012. till now work is not progressed Al the times they r promising next months work will start,but it is not. The other thing is they are varying the cost sheet also at market rate and offering us to move in phase -3 but still work is not in full swing....So we can form a group of those who hv bought the flat in vihang valley.so we can join and proceed with you....
