Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy a Flat @ Sanvi,Need your comments to help me here. Is the locality good(Approach road,surrounding area,Drainage system,waste disposal etc) Building Quality(Quality of consutruction,wiring,water etc) Overall Builder rating(scale 1-5) 1 being poor 5 good. Documentation-(BBMP approval,OC) Please share any information i have missed. brijesh
