How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Hi Jyotika, My name is Sunil Seth and I am NRI, its almost 4 years since I have invested money on BPTP Park Generation project.. These people are thief, I like to take director Kabul Chawla to the court for his company for criminal breach of trust, cheating, fraud and criminal misappropriation of Rs 23 lakh. I wonder what Modi government doing to stop these builder for sucking people money specially from NRI's. Any suggestion will be welcome as I am trying to recover my money from BPTP.
