Do not invest in SRR OR EXCEL DWELLINGS they are thives i have my villa half built from 2010 at Exrubba now they are dead when phone rings. When you go to there office they will send an office boy to lodge your complaints. Big time cheats. Investors do not be fooled by their plans and brochures.
