The locality is excellent as it is adjacent to one of the most popular IT parks in Chennai, Mahindra World City. There are over 100 major MNCs in this IT Park. They have 2 and 3 BHK units. Phase 1 is actually completed now. Phase 2 construction is on at a brisk pace. I visited the site few weeks back and the project looked very good. Its right adjacent to Mahindra World City and the builder is also very reliable. Also, the price is quite reasonable for the great amenities that they are giving.Phase 1 is actually completed now. The apartments are priced starting from 23 lakhs onwards. They are already pretty competitively priced I think. They have 2 and 3 bhk.
