I recently visited the property and found it very good. The apartments have ultra-modern features. In fact, the homes are ready to move in and are situated close to major IT hubs and famous universities at Perumbakkam. Ps Groups Nexterra is a very impressive project in Perumbakkam with all the urban amenities that are required for real luxury living.
