Q: What is FSI and what are the rules for FSI in Chennai?

My plot total area is 1732sqft{350 + 359}, corn or plot and both side roads are 30 feet . It is a Dtcp approval plot.i am going to construct an appartments, my question is how many homes I can get and how much total construct area is allowed to construct, and how many floors I can get.
