i had purchased 1 bhk flat in c wing of geeta height nr police station in 2010 but till on constuction work is going .
Q: is there any kind of issue or i bluff with builder.pls suggest me what should i do

Saalam Valikum, Sadiq Bhai, Came to know that due to some legal issues work was put on hold in Geeta Heights for some time. But everything has been sorted out legally and the flats are readily available for possession. Even I too was taken for a ride for a while by the builder who had kept the project under hold for some time.
This above statement is false...the work is halted and even agreement is not signed by builder...can ppl who have booked flat here contact me so we can make a whtsapp group...8080694945....yusuf
