I think builder is decent. I recently booked a flat in Frondoso. One thing which I'm very much worried about is, their refusal to put "OC" clause in the agreement. He says to trust him with that. On the other hand, they say this will give, but don't wish to write in the agreement. I couldn't understand the logic. Can somebody help me with this?
