Folks, I have booked a flat in Purva Windermere, Pallikaranai, chennai in Mar'2013. Before booking i hv surfed a lot but could not find any true reviews..Since I was in hurry, I booked the flat. Initally they promised me that project will be completed in Mar'2014. But as on date, nothing happened, they have not notified for the internal visit, since 2 years I didnt see my flat. they never allowed to visit the site. Its really tough to deal these guys...they almost delayed the completion by 2 years and still its not over!!!! I have paid 95% of money at the time of booking, now paying EMI for 2 years !!!!! Folks, be aware of Puravankara - they r real cheater they collect your money and make sagreement in such a way that you cant do anything or pressurize them.
