I visited the location, this is far away at the Sarjapur road and after crossing the town the place where they are trying to construct this project. My opinions are: 1. Very far no advantage of buying at Surjapur road 2. Cost is high 2350 / sq ft they are quoting now and will be ready in 2017 Mid ( as per they are saying) 3.
