SLV Splendour apartment project in JP Nagar
Q: What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and what is the status of the project?

My comments to replies
The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3600 and the project is under construction which is expected to get completed sometime in 2016.
The builder is also going to provide OC (Occupancy certificate) & CC (Construction certificate) - What does it mean? In general, CC and C should be provided by BBMP and not the builder.
