Ratan Pearls by Ratan Housing Development Ltd. located in Noida Extension which spread over 4.26 Acres having 15% coverage Area and 85% open area. It consists 4 towers and 588 flats in it. Sizes of the flats will be available on 1035-1189 sq-ft. in 2BHK while 1370-1874 sq-ft. in 3BHK. It's current price will be Rs.3079/sq-ft. Cost of a 2BHK flat will be Rs.31.87L - 36.62L onward for 2BHK flat and Rs.42.19L - 57.71L onward for a 3BHK flat. This project is under construction and it is expected that the possession date will be December 2017.
Wrong. Expected possession date is Dec 2018 (As per Sales Team of RATAN Pearls)

A project get delay due to legal approvals and fund crisis. If there is any legal issue with the land, then it is very difficult to get any approvals. So, according to me, do all your due diligence before buying property anywhere in India for a hassle free living.
