Let me give my review about the BUILDER. If you have plans of your dream home of your choice then this builder is not for you. Customer service of the service is just beyond horrible. I had purchased the apartment with this builder and they have built it in their way ( of course thats how it works ) but they will say NO for all the modifications including the small to smallest modification. ( eg: no option in paint also ) They are so rude that they will just tell bluntly on your face that "This is what the company policy, You dont question us and you have no rights " etc etc.. Handed over the house without finishing the work. I tried complaining to the higher management but of no use, Mr Roshan - He doesnt even reply to email, he is least bothered about whats going around. Mr Ravi Kumar - OMG, beware of this guy, highly threatening guy, stay away from him.
