So after taking 3 years they are failed to complete:
Flats
Amenities
Water
Electricity
Boundary walls
So I would suggest not to go with this builder....if you have any other questions you can reply to my comment. I would try to collect that information and provide.
I see a burial ground Block B (on left hand side). Is this ground being used currently. As per Akruthi builders the burial ground is no more operational. Please clarify.
