Hi Guys, I saw the advertisement of Colors Regalia couple of days before. I am interested in this project. I am planning to have a unit on this project. I want to know about this project & builder. Kindly share some information about this project. Thank you.
Hi Richa.... I am following all the news regarding L-Zone and I came to know that LTC(Land Transfer Certificate) will take around 1.5yrs of time, may take 2yrs as well. And, after LTC only construction can be started .....it means if LTC issuance date will 2017 then how any builder give assurance of expected possession in 2018. This is completely wrong information. If it hurts ...hearty sorry.
