I am planning to invest in a flat here. I quite liked the area and the pricing is reasonable I feel. I am approaching one of the banks that has approved the project for loan and so far it seems ok to me. Some of the comments are pretty harsh here while I myself have had a good experience with the builder so far. Not sure as to why there is a mixed bag of comments.
