I have booked a 3BHK apartment with Swastika. I wasnt in station for quite some time and I had much of the work done via courier, etc. The person liaising from Sowparnikas side was very helpful and arranged for everything in a smooth manner. I had gone for a site visit and booked the flat as I liked it very much and I found it much more affordable and with better amenities than some other projects in the area. I had to go to my native due to unforeseen circumstances and the builders team was excellent in terms of helping out with necessary papers, etc. I took the time out to write this as I had a very comfortable experience with them on the whole!
