Thanks Neel, can you please advice about the project (Shantima). Is it safe to invest in the same...as I understand that sector 91 is a prime sector surrounded by many reputed projects. Mahendra Shantima, sector 91, gurgaon, affordable housing project, long delayed?
Q: Dear Sir, Mahendra Developers Shantima project took bookings in November 2014, and even after such long wait, even now there is no confirmation on draw dates. What to do? Builder keeps giving meaningless excuses for delays & wants harshly written documents for refund, after waiting for over 9-10 months i don't know what to do? habitat too started bookings in november 14 & finally draw is announced for 12th August. Is this all not unfair to small investor? Even guiding estate brokers claim, they had no transparency & info You must raise this grave issue & provide solution, PLS..
