Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout? This layout is located on IOC road, Vagata village near Hoskote. I am one of the plot owners of this layout and would like to connect with other owners. There is lot of happenings in this area these days. Sakshi(Jagati publications) had setup their Bangalore branch next to this layout. Opp to it, a 70 acre layout(Hansika) is coming up. Please join the yahoo group

Hi al, l thanks a lot for your valid info, my problem is the builder has given only sale deeds and my receipt for
paying the entire sale consideration Do I need other papers to pay tax and get katha if so where can I get them. Thanks in advance once again.

This is happy home group project , name of the project is HAPPY COUNT situated at Vagatta Village, INDIAN OIL CORPORATION ROAD, from hoskote exactly 7 km to the spot. it is converted into residential with BMRDA approval but there is no development .
