Builder/Flat details
Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy a Flat @ Sanvi,Need your comments to help me here. Is the locality good(Approach road,surrounding area,Drainage system,waste disposal etc) Building Quality(Quality of consutruction,wiring,water etc) Overall Builder rating(scale 1-5) 1 being poor 5 good. Documentation-(BBMP approval,OC) Please share any information i have missed. brijesh

Bangalore is famous for its water issues and I dont think that should stop anyone from buying a property. The city runs on Cauvery water and tankers (when there is a draught) and thus this stands true for any construction!
