Mr. Kedia / Prescon Realtors of Prestige Residency, Prescon City has CHEATED. Committed a FRAUD by selling a flat booked by me to third party. This is how: I, Deepak H Pandya, booked a 2 bedroom ‘flat No. A – 1102’ on 11th floor, wing A in Gardenia, in Housing complex – Prestige Residency situated at Kavesar, behind Suraj water Park, Thane (west). It was booked way back in 6th May 2006 by paying 20% as booking amount, for which developers has issued receipts to me. 80% of the flat cost was being funded as Home loans. A Loan sanction letter was submitted to developer. Later, project was on hold due to FOREST LAND ISSUES. Post commencement of work, in 2012 developer demanded an unreasonable cost. As I found it much higher than the original price of Rs. 1749/- per sq. ft. for which I was ready to pay, I decided to take support of LAW.
